Article XVIII. Anti-Bribery and Corruption

Section 18.01 Anti-Bribery Laws. Each Party shall not directly or indirectly use any part of the proceeds of this Agreement for any purpose that would breach the Bribery Act 2010, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions.

Section 18.02 Anti-Corruption Laws. Each Party shall (and shall ensure that any Affiliate of it will) conduct its business in compliance with applicable Anti-Corruption Laws.
