* "Vintage of Contract Credits" means the calendar year during which the Carbon Removal underlying the Contract Credit physically occurred, irrespective of the date of issuance of such Contract Credit by the applicable Carbon Standard.

** "Unit Price" means the purchase price per Contract Credit expressed in the Currency in the amount equal to:
