BlockCO2 is an aggregator of biochar projects with a landscape finance approach. It operates through a blockchain platform designed to support MRV and auditing/certification procedures for small and medium-scale biochar projects, while facilitating their access to buyers through a marketplace for the direct sale of Biochar CDR. Blockchain allows to document specific cobenefits along the supply and deployment chain, thus facilitating value sharing across the stkeholders involved.
