In Helsingborg, Sweden, Öresundskraft is building one of the world’s first full-scale CCS facilities on a combined heat and power plant fueled by residual waste. By 2028, Innozhero will capture and store 200,000 tonnes of CO₂ per year—both fossil and biogenic. Our mission is to make climate-neutral energy a reality, while giving local businesses the tools to reach their climate goals. The project plays a central role in the City of Helsingborg’s target of climate neutrality by 2030.
