Article II. Term

Section 2.01 Term. This Agreement shall be effective on and from the Effective Date and shall continue in effect until the later of the date that the Contract Credits for the final Contract Year identified in Exhibit B (Delivery Schedule) have been Delivered to Buyer and the date on which Supplier has received the [last] payment due under Section 4.01 (the "Term") unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms hereof.
