We are a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) registered as CDRfyi Inc., and operating as CDR.fyi.
Who operates CDR.fyi?
The organization was co-founded by Robert Höglund, Kevin Niparko, Chris Nixon, Tank Chen, and Alexander Rink, and is supported by ~25 contributors worldwide. Reflective of the climate challenge and the CDR market, we are fully remote and global.
What is your mission?
Accelerate durable carbon removal — creating a foundation of trust in the global CDR market through transparency and accountability.
How do you stay independent?
Our revenue comes from platform subscriptions for insights, analytics, and data. We do not broker credits or hold equity in suppliers. We restrict access to sensitive data to those without a conflict of interest.
How is your organization funded?
We are bootstrapped with founder funding and revenue from premium subscribers to CDR.fyi.
Do you accept speaking engagements?
Yes, selectively. We occasionally speak at industry conferences and gatherings where there is a strong fit with our mission to accelerate durable carbon removal through transparency and accountability. We generally require complimentary attendance and reimbursement of reasonable travel costs. To reduce emissions, we encourage virtual presentation where feasible.
